This year the theme for poems is JOY -- describing what delights you, causes you to feel awe, lifts you up, gives you goose bumps…
No poetry experience is necessary. Any words to paper count as a poem, an expression. In past years, almost everyone who submitted, and nearly all who won or received an honorable mention, had not written a poem before crafting something to enter this contest.
Cash awards to winners ($100) and honorable mentions ($50) in each age category.
Entries are accepted through March 31st.
